The Conduct & Ethics Committee is established to ensure that all participants, spectators, officials, volunteers, staff, and vendors adhere to the highest standards of behavior, conduct, sportsmanship, and integrity within our community. This committee is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and enforcement of policies related to conduct, ethics, and organizational values both in the organization itself as well as our events, programs, leagues, and tournaments.

The committee will review any reports of misconduct or ethical concerns, including penalties and/or game reports from USA Hockey as they relate to the league & tournaments, working collaboratively to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. In addition, the committee will provide guidance and education on ethical practices, promote fair and inclusive play, and foster accountability among all stakeholders. Through a proactive approach, the Conduct & Ethics Committee aims to support a positive, equitable culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
