Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Seattle Pride Classic 2025. This tournament is produced and operated entirely by volunteers and we always need additional volunteer help in specific segments to help us pull everything off. Please complete the form below to express interest in volunteering and we’ll be in touch.

As a volunteer, you will:

  • Get to meet the local and national hockey community.
  • Provide community service.
  • Receive a T-shirt & badge to identify you as a volunteer while on shift.
  • Meet National Hockey League pros
  • Receive lunches and/or dinners, depending upon shift(s) worked.

Volunteer duties could include staffing the check-in/information desk, setup and tear down, answering player questions, capturing social media content, etc. Check out all the amazing opportunities below.

Please block your calendar off for the dates & times you apply to. We’re depending on you. We anticipate publishing a volunteer schedule no later than Monday, June 2, 2025, and do please let us know if your situation has changed.

VOLUNTEER HOURS REPORTING

Seattle Pride Hockey Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Many employers will pay for volunteer hours in the form of a donation back to the organization in which you volunteer for; in this case, Seattle Pride Hockey Association. Please be sure to track the hours you volunteer and check with your company’s HR or Payroll teams to see if your company offers this benefit, and what the requirements are. Most companies use Benevity, but your employer may have a different process.

VOLUNTEER ROLES & DUTIES

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM

Given the climate that we live in today with tragedies throughout the nation, Seattle Pride Hockey Association would like to form an Emergency Response Team among our volunteer crew to help provide assistance with evacuations or potential other threats. If training and participating in this role is of interest, you may indicate as such on your volunteer form.
